NIPS and Nikki

Nikki has been involved in the performing arts for a majority of her life. Growing up, she competed in power tumbling and went on to become an Illinois AAU and USTA State Champion on several occasions, as well as an AAU Junior Olympic gold medalist. Nikki was also part of a collegiate competitive cheer team but, unfortunately, never competed due to an injury.

 

In 2016, Nikki discovered her passion for pole dance and in 2019 took her talents to competitions. She is most notably a 3x PSO Freedance Champion, All Floor All Day Champion, and 2-time runner up in both the Championship and Heels Professional level categories through PSO (Pole Sport Organization).

As her passion for pole continued, Nikki wanted to open her own studio and share the world of pole she has come to know and love, thus, Nikki's Independent Pole Studio was born. Nikki's mission is to provide an all-inclusive environment where you can safely express yourself and feel empowered through the movement of dance and pole.
